Asked how she handles it all at this time of year, she told E! News: "I actually need the advice for Christmas time as much as other moms do! I certainly don’t have it all figured out. For me, I happen to love Christmas music so that helps when things get a little too stressful.
"[I use] Christmas music and washing my dishes!"
The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans' star was then asked how she goes about finding the perfect gift for Ryan after more than a decade together but remained coy on giving any tips.
She quipped: "It’s a secret..."
But when Eva was asked what her favourite part of the holiday season is, she admitted that it is a Spanish rice pudding specially made by her mother, and revealed that Christmas Eve is a "big night" in their family because they all have so much fun together.
She said: "My mom’s arroz con leche! And noche buena dinner. Christmas Eve is a big night for us. So fun!"
Earlier this year, Eva admitted that she gets a lot of confidence from knwong that her partner still finds her attractive.
She told Sunday Times Style magazine: “I feel really f***ing sexy at times.
“The way my man looks at me is just … at times I’m like, oh my God. That might not sit well with people, but so much of how I feel is a reflection of what he’s giving me.
“There’s so many things that can make me feel sexy and I’d say that I feel more sexy than not. I guess because I’ve never considered myself beautiful, but I’ve always felt very sexy.”
