When do Eurovision tickets go on sale?

Eurovision tickets will be available from Tuesday, March 7 at 12pm. Ticketmaster will handle the sale but only one of their sites will finalise purchases. Their UK domain is the only site Eurovision fans can buy tickets.

Tickets will be available to purchase here regardless of the country you are booking from. You must have a Ticketmaster UK account to purchase tickets, and fans are encouraged to create their account in advance.

What are the nine shows available?

There are a total of nine Eurovision shows to attend - three jury, three family, and three live final broadcasts.

The family show is an opportunity for younger fans to attend and see that night in its entirety during its rehearsal stage. It doesn't take away from the experience, it just means the daytime performances won't be broadcast.

The jury show is a full run-through of the event that takes place the night before the televised version. It’s when the international juries cast their votes for the participants. Audiences can stay for a randomised version of the qualifier/points reveals, as the presenters practise for different scenarios.

Family and jury shows aside, there are the main events which include the semi-finals and grand final.

What types of seats are available if I have a disability?

The are four types of ticket available:

  • Standing (on the arena floor)
  • Seated
  • Accessible seats
  • Hospitality packages

Accessible seats can be booked online. Free companion tickets are also available for eligible customers. Details of eligibility can be found. As with all arenas, there are a set amount of wheelchair-accessible tickets. All shows will be fully accessible.

Customers with access requirements can follow instructions on Ticketmaster UK’s website to request a Personal Assistant ticket for free.

How many tickets can I buy?

You will be able to buy up to four tickets per purchase for the live shows and six for the preview performances. For the three televised live shows, a maximum of four tickets can be purchased per order. For the preview shows a maximum of six tickets are available.

If you try to book more tickets in multiple orders, your order may be cancelled.

Is there an age limit to attend Eurovision?

There is no minimum age but children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the standing area. Children aged one year or younger will not require their own ticket.

Are there package deals available?

There are two types of packages available:

Package one will be available for the six preview shows only, this package offers access to a backstage VIP lounge two hours before the show begins. All food and drink before the show is included and you will watch the show from a top-tier seat.

Package two will be available for all nine shows, there are a limited number of suites for 12 people at the arena. The package allows access to the suite two hours before the show begins and includes a full food and beverage service, both before and during the show, with guests watching the show from seats which offer incredible views of the stage.
