It comes as no surprise that Graham Norton is hosting the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place in Liverpool, and he is being joined by some exciting new hosts. The Irish chat show host will front the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest alongside Britain's Got Talent's Alesha Dixon, Ted Lasso and West End star Hannah Waddingham and Ukrainian singer Julia Sanina.
Other presenters covering Eurovision include Mel Giedroyc, Rylan, Scott Mills and Claire Sweeney and Sam Quek to offer a uniquely Scouse perspective on the show. Many fans are loving the new hosting line-up as they look forward to the competition kicking off on Tuesday, May 9.
Lots of fans were very happy to see that Mel would be co-commentating alongside Graham, helping with the commentating when Graham is on stage for sections of the show. One said: "Amazing news to wake up to! My fav comedian, Mel Giedroyc, is providing commentary on the grand final of Eurovision Congrats, Mel!!!" followed by star-eyed emojis and red love heart emoji.

Another added: "I am IN LOVE with the decision to put Mel Giedroyc as the grand final commentary replacement/ pair for Graham. What a stroke of genius. #eurovision". A third said: "Genuinely stoked that Mel Giedroyc is back, you have no idea. I love her so much."
And: "Mel Giedroyc commentating on the final has been years in the making. LOVE that for her." Others were happy to see Alesha Dixon join the line-up, one said: "Alesha Dixon! Mel Giedroyc! I’m so happy!" another added: "Alesha Dixon hosting? Ok now I NEED to go."
A third said: "The Boy Does Nothing" is gonna be on my repeat playlist now. Alesha Dixon is a fab choice". Another loved the return of Graham, they said: "So so happy Mel Giedroyc is back! and so so so stoked for Hannah and Graham!! #Eurovision2023".
