Eurovision fans have become obsessed with Latvia's 'mad' Eat Your Salad performance. The country, represented by Citi Zēni, has baffled viewers across the world as they were singing their eco-friendly - but very cheeky - song.
Comprised of Jānis, Dagnis, Reinis, Krišjānis, Roberts and Toms, the band was proudly wearing very colourful costumes which Twitter users were quick to compare to the Teletubbies and Australian band The Wiggles.
But what struck Eurovision fans the most was the eco-friendly lyrics of Eat Your Salad, which they found hilarious. Here's an extract from the song: "Don‘t you know that being green is cool? Know that being green is hot (It‘s hot)? Being green is cool (It‘s cool). Eat your salad, save the planet."

Twitter user Lizz Solo wrote: "This is multiverse of madness". Ben R. Atkinson added: "Being green is cool... The Latvians are crazy, but I LOVE it!"
Thomas Karlsen agreed, commenting: "Latvia is one of my favourites. I hope they go to the final and win". Melvinmclair added: "So proud of Latvia! A definite qualifier, I said what I said!"
And although viewers loved it, they didn't even get to hear the original version of the song, which was partly censored by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) due to swearing or unacceptable language.
The very first line of Eat Your Salad used to include the word p***y: “Instead of meat, I eat veggies and p***y, I like them both fresh, like them both juicy.” Citi Zēni also had to remove several "f***" from their performance.
Citi Zēni describes themselves as a band that's not afraid of taking on different adventures but needs to do it while being "sexy and green". The band revealed the song was created "to make a hard topic easy to digest and fun to listen to", the Express reports.
