Northern Ireland chef Michael Deane has been caught up in Portugal wildfires.
The businessman took to Instagram this week sharing images of the scenes across the country as a heatwave sweeps Europe. The chef, who lives between Algarve and Belfast, reposted an image of blazing wildfires.
He said: "We have taken to the hills, what a horrible day for Portugal."

In an earlier post showing terrifying scenes, Michael said: "My heart bleeds." Replying to a follower in another post, he said: "We have been evacuated..."
Around 3,500 firefighters were battling multiple fires in Portugal on Thursday.
According to Reuters, while attending a briefing with the national meteorological institute IPMA, Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa said: "Yesterday [Wednesday] was a very tough day.
"It is absolutely crucial we avoid new events because it leads to the exhaustion of firefighters and all others ... who are doing their best to control the situation."
Portugal has been experiencing record breaking temperatures in parts of the country.
