Hotel rooms in certain key destination cities in Europe have become cheaper over the past three years.
The steady or falling cost of accommodation in some European cities make them perfect places to visit on holiday, as your holiday budget will go that little bit further.
According to data collected by OTA Insight, the cheapest average night's stay can be found in Poland's Warsaw, where a room costs £65.90 - a small 3% rise compared to 2019.
Meanwhile Tallinn - the capital of Estonia - has seen the biggest drop in prices, with average prices tumbling from £101 a night to £86 over the past three years.
With a cobblestoned old town, plenty of history and access to a beautiful coast, the east European country is an excellent holiday destination.
Hotel rooms have also got £10 cheaper a night in Prague, with a stay in Europe's stag-do capital falling from £100 to £90 on average.
At the other end of the spectrum, the cost of a night in a Brussels hotel room has shot up 78% from £73 to £130, while an average night's stay in Paris now costs £136 rather than £93.
The most expensive capital in the whole of Europe to rent a hotel room for a night is, according to the analysis, Edinburgh.

The Scottish city is a huge draw for tourists due to its stunning historical buildings and friendly culture, but world-renowned events such as the Fringe have pushed prices up to £320 a night this August.
Such an eye watering price even dwarfs that of London, where a room will set you back £220 on average.
