Europa League finalist clubs will receive 15,000 tickets for the showdown at Estadio de San Mames.
UEFA have confirmed 41,000 of the 49,600 tickets for the Europa League final will be available directly for supporters and the general public to purchase.
The two clubs who reach the final will receive up to 15,000 fan first tickets with the remaining tickets available to football fans worldwide via UEFA.
Rangers are aiming to make an incredible run to the final this season, three years after finishing runners-up in the competition when they lost in a shoot-out to Eintracht Frankfurt.
However, they'll need to overcome Athletic Bilbao - who will host the final at their stadium - for a chance to make the final.
Rangers face Bilbao in the first leg of the quarter-final tie at Ibrox on Thursday before the return fixture in Spain seven days later.
