Additionally, another Dublin player will also be celebrating a good start to their weekend after they matched five numbers and one lucky star to scoop a prize of €193,667. The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at the Circle K Westway service station on the Kylemore Road in Dublin 12.

Patrick Pierce, who owns the Student Union store in Trinity College, was overjoyed to hear the news that his store sold the winning EuroMillions ticket which will make one of his customers €500,000 richer.
He said: "Just wow! It's absolutely crazy to imagine somebody popping into the shop yesterday and they are now a half million euro richer for it today. The shop has been going in the college for 30 years.
“We of course have a lot of students and college staff members from the campus in our store each and every day. In addition, we also have a lot of tourists coming and going all of the time but whoever the winner is, I'm sure that €500,000 will make a huge difference to them and their families. We're absolutely thrilled for them.”
There was one winner of the EuroMillions jackpot. The winning ticket which was worth over €128 million was sold in the UK.
Both Dublin winners are advised to sign the back of their winning tickets and to keep it safe.
The ticket holders should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.
