But on Fridays, the Thunderball is also drawn, with the chance of one lucky Brit winning the top prize of £500,000 from just a £1 ticket.

The winning EuroMillions numbers are: 2, 15, 19, 35, and 44 , and the Lucky Stars are: 2 and 7 .

The winning Thunderball numbers are: 1, 6, 10, 28, and 39 , and the Thunderball itself is 14 .

The EuroMillions draw takes place every Tuesday and Friday and a ticket costs £2.50 and includes automatic entry into the UK Millionaire Maker draw.

Earlier this month a generous builder who won big on the EuroMillions lottery kindly donated £200,000 of his winnings to his local community.

Steve Thomson, from Selsey, West Sussex, won a huge £105million jackpot on the draw.

But instead of keeping all of the prize money to himself, he announced he would be using a portion of it to help look after his friends and the local community.

The dad-of-three gave away £50,000 to the school his two sons attended and donated another £50,000 to Selsey Medical Centre - with the money going towards funding new equipment.

Not done there, he also gave away £100,000 to his beloved local cricket club as well.

A source said: "He's not the kind of guy who wants recognition for doing something good.

"When he won the jackpot, he said he would look after friends and the community. He's certainly stuck to his word."
