
The leaders of the 27 European Union countries are set to convene an emergency summit on March 6 in Brussels to discuss the next steps for Ukraine and the security of Europe. This decision was announced by the European Council President, who emphasized the critical nature of the current situation, referring to it as a defining moment for Ukraine and European security.
Since the last meeting of EU leaders on February 3, there have been significant developments, particularly with the change in the U.S. administration. The Trump administration's shift in support for Ukraine and its commitment to defending European allies has raised concerns and prompted the need for urgent discussions among EU member states.







In a show of solidarity and support for Ukraine, the leader of the European Commission, along with other members of the EU's executive branch, will be visiting Kyiv on Monday. This visit coincides with the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, underscoring the importance of standing with Ukraine during this challenging time.
