Alabama and LSU typically play in one of the most anticipated games of the college football season, and this year is no different. With the No. 9 Crimson Tide playing host to the No. 15 Tigers next weekend, ESPN’s flagship pregame show will be traveling to Tuscaloosa.
College GameDay announced it will broadcast live from the University of Alabama for the second time this season on Nov. 4. The broadcast previously went to Tuscaloosa earlier in the season when Alabama hosted Texas.
ESPN is quite familiar with Tuscaloosa, as Alabama has hosted College GameDay 55 times in the show’s history, second to Ohio State (57) for the most appearances.

Additionally, College GameDay has appeared at an Alabama-LSU game eight times since Nick Saban became the Crimson Tide head coach in 2007.
This particular matchup between the Crimson Tide (7-1, 5-0 SEC) and Tigers (6-2, 4-1) is crucial for both teams, as the winner will gain the upper hand in the SEC West standings and the inside track to play in the SEC championship game.
