A man who escaped from prison could have travelled more than 170 miles to Merseyside.
Paul Clohessy failed to return to HMP North Sea Camp in Freiston, Lincolnshire, on Monday, January 16. The 36-year-old is serving a six year sentence for drug offences.
Police believe Clohessy could be in Merseyside, potentially in the Birkenhead area. Merseyside Police shared an appeal on behalf of Lincolnshire Police in an attempt to track him down.

They said: "Please help Lincolnshire Police find Paul Clohessy, aged 36 who could be in the Birkenhead area. Clohessy failed to return to HMP North Sea Camp in Freiston, Boston, on 16 January.
"He is serving a six-year sentence for drug offences. Contact 101 and quote incident 278 of 16 January if you know of his whereabouts."
Clohessy is described as white, 5ft, 11, with blue eyes, blonde hair and is clean shaven.
Anyone who has seen him or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 101 and quote incident 278 of 16 January.
