Endrick could be a name heard on the world stage of football for years to come, should he manage to fulfil his promise at such a young age. The Brazilian wonderkid has already featured for the Palmeiras first-team at just 16-years-old, scoring three goals after making six appearances.
It has led to plenty of European interest, with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona all said to be following a switch for the forward. Blaugrana boss Xavi has been particularly complimentary for the youngster and hasn't hidden the fact there is interest in signing him.
"We've been talking with Endrick’s father and also with the player. I explained them the project. We want him, he’s a top talent," the Barca boss told ESPN. "Endrick is the kind of player we need. I hope he joins Barca. It's up to him to decide.”

The interest means the Blues may have to work particularly hard to land the striker as part of Todd Boehly's grand plan at Stamford Bridge. The co-owner and interim sporting director has already laid out his plans to land some of the world's best young talent as part of a regime change and signing Endrick would be a huge statement of intent.
In their efforts to do just that, Manchester City star Erling Haaland could play a huge role, as reports from Marca claim the striker could 'block' any move for Endrick from Real Madrid. That's due to the Los Blancos' interest in both, with Haaland said to have a release clause in his contract.
Endrick is said to want guarantees over a route into the first-team and the presence of the Norwegian goal scoring machine heading into his prime could deny that. Should that be the case, it could give the Blues a relatively free run at landing a Brazilian gem before their competitors.
