Erik ten Hag gives verdict on Cristiano Ronaldo's performance in Manchester United win
Erik ten Hag lauded Cristiano Ronaldo's "good impact" in Manchester United's 3-2 win over Omonia Nicosia.
Ronaldo had nine attempts at goal and hit the post on another scoreless night as he was recalled to the side at the expense of Marcus Rashford.
Rashford came on to score twice, his first goal seizing on a gap opened up by Ronaldo's run and the second a tap-in from a shanked shot by Ronaldo.

Manchester United had been exposed to a video nasty of their Etihad horror show in the days leading up to the Europa League trip to Cyprus, with Erik ten Hag adding substance to his diagnosis that his players had lacked belief.
