United confirm backroom appointment
Manchester United have hired performance psychologist Rainier Koers to observe their training sessions.
Dutchman Koers was among the staff present for the warm-weather training camp in Cadiz earlier this month after he was recommended by manager Erik ten Hag. Club sources say Koers, of the Talent Academy, comes into training "a couple of days a week."

Koers describes himself as a life coach who "guides people who get stuck in their lives due to major events."
Sancho yet to make his Carrington return
Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho has still not returned to their Carrington training complex.
United were due to train on Tuesday afternoon before their League Cup fourth round tie with Championship side Burnley on Wednesday night (8pm), but club sources have confirmed that Sancho, 22, will not be available.
England international Sancho began an individual training programme in the Netherlands a month ago and United manager Erik ten Hag said earlier in December that Sancho was "not fit enough" to feature in Spain alongside other non- World Cup players and youngsters for warm-weather training and two matches.
Sancho has not been pictured in squad training since October 31. He last played against Chelsea on October 22.
