Eric Donovan believes cornerman Dee Walsh deserves immense praise for the role he played in Padraig McCrory's emphatic world title win.
McCrory stopped home favourite Leon Bunn in Frankfurt to become IBO world light-heavyweight champion on Saturday night.
It was a devastating performance from the 34-year-old, who was stepping up in weight to challenge for major honours.

The win not only opens up more massive opportunities for McCrory, but it also swells the burgeoning reputation of young coach Walsh.
And European super-featherweight champion Donovan believes 'Waldo' deserves his own spot in the limelight after Saturday night's success.
Donovan told TG4: "Massive credit goes to Padraig McCrory, but there is someone else I want to give credit to and that's his coach.
"Dee 'Waldo' Walsh who is a former professional boxer and retired undefeated, and retired very young, late twenties I think it was.
"He is one of the youngest coaches in Ireland and is coaching a lot of prospects. Padraig McCrory is probably his biggest fighter.
"He deserves a lot of credit, too. The two of them have been working together now over the last while and are having their crowning moment now - IBO world champion.
"And the opportunities that are going to come Pody's way now, it will be incredible. Well done."
Donovan believes the stars aligned for McCrory to become world champion, after Bunn was originally scheduled to fight Daniel Blenda dos Santos before the Frenchman picked up an injury.
"It went so perfect for McCrory. And to think Leon Bunn was supposed to take another fight," he said.
"It wasn't supposed to be Padraig McCrory's opportunity. Sometimes destiny is there for people.
"And McCrory took it with both hands. He stepped up weight and believed in himself, backed himself and went all the way and got the job done."
