The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator revealed that his team has identified $20 billion in tax dollars that were allegedly wasted by the Biden administration. The administrator, Lee Zeldin, expressed concern over a video that surfaced two months ago, where a Biden EPA political appointee mentioned 'tossing gold bars off the Titanic,' indicating a rush to spend tax dollars before Inauguration Day.
Zeldin stated that the funds were discovered parked at an external financial institution, which he did not name. He described the situation as a unique scheme in EPA history, deliberately designed to spend all the money hastily with limited oversight before the change in administration.
Zeldin emphasized that there is no suspicion of wrongdoing by the bank but called for the immediate termination of the agreement with the institution and the return of all funds to the EPA's control. He pledged to scrutinize every dollar that was disbursed.

The administrator criticized the previous administration for what he described as irresponsible allocation of funds to left-leaning activist groups under the guise of environmental justice and climate equity. He vowed to bring about a more transparent and accountable government moving forward.
Zeldin announced his intention to involve the inspector general's office and collaborate with the Department of Justice to support efforts to reclaim control of the funds. He concluded by echoing President Trump's promise to usher in a new era of American success for all citizens.
Entrepreneur Elon Musk commended Zeldin for his efforts in saving taxpayer money, highlighting the significance of the administrator's actions.
