If you've thought about escaping to an island - now might be your chance.
An entire Scottish island is on the market, complete with a lighthouse and helipad (yes, your read that correctly), and it's less than a plush two-bed flat in Glasgow.
On sale with estate agent, Knight Frank, the island on the West coast of Scotland is on sale for offers over £350,000. Meanwhile in Thorntonhall, we spotted a modern two-bed flat looking for offers of over £367,500.

The incredible island of Pladda is located off the southern coast of Arran and as it's only accessible by boat or helicopter, it's perfect for those wanting to enjoy the more quiet and rural life. And naturally, it's also ideal if you own your own helicopter.
Off the west coast, you are surrounded by stunning scenery with a 22-acre plot, complete with a former lighthouse, which has since been converted into a five-bedroom house. The estate agents do note, however that the accommodation has not been used in recent years and needs to be upgraded.
There is also separate accommodation for guest that offers a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living area. If that isn't enough, Tom Stewart-Moore of estate agents Knight Frank, added there is potential for developing the traditional outbuildings, alongside a former walled garden that leads to around 2.5 acres and the all important helipad.
The estate agent adds: "From the lighthouse and range of associated buildings, there are dramatic far-reaching views looking South to Ailsa Craig, the Kintyre Peninsula and Northern Ireland on a clear day."
For those who want to travel by boat, the stone jetty will welcome its new owners to a small bay and an open boathouse and attractive bothy.
