The Enniskillen Continental Market returns to the Co Fermanagh town from next Thursday 19 May for the first time since 2019.

Details for the event at Enniskillen Castle have now been released, with the market opening from Thursday 19 May to Sunday 22 May.

More than 40 traders will be onsite serving a variety of classic European food, crafts and drinks.

The Continental Market is organised by the same group which runs the annual Continental Market next to Belfast City Hall, Market Place Europe.

The market will open on Thursday 19 May from 10am to 5pm, and on Friday 20 May from 10am to 6pm.

For the weekend opening hours, the market will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 12 noon to 6pm on Sunday.

Here are the opening hours for the Enniskillen Continental Market in full:

Thursday 19 May - 10am to 5pm

Friday 20 May - 10am to 6pm

Saturday 21 May - 10am to 6pm

Sunday 22 May - 12noon to 6pm

The market is one of a series of events bringing the continental market to other areas of Northern Ireland, with Co Fermanagh the first stop before it makes its way to Cookstown and Newtownards.

Market Place Manager Andy Pidgen said the group was delighted to be bringing the event back to Enniskillen after the pandemic.

"Market Place is delighted to be bringing our award winning international market to towns across Northern Ireland,” Andy said.

“Our traders are delighted to be back on the road and looking forward to meeting the locals and taking some time out to enjoy the special Northern Irish hospitality.

“The atmosphere promises to be great with so many visitors exploring and enjoying all the great flavours on offer.”
