England host Germany tonight with Gareth Southgate making two changes from the loss in Italy.
John Stones is back from suspension for the Nations League dead-rubber and takes his place in a three-man defence alongside Eric Dier and the much-maligned Harry Maguire. Kyle Walker makes way.
England's wing-back pairing of Reece James and Bukayo Saka were ineffective against Italy, and the latter has been replaced by Luke Shaw, another yet to impress on both the domestic and international stages this season.

Southgate also has Jordan Henderson available again after a minor injury but Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice keep their spots as the midfield two.
Mason Mount again has to settle for a place on the bench as Southgate sticks with the front three of Phil Foden, Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling which lost 1-0 to Italy.
Nick Pope impressed in goal last time out and keeps his place, effectively securing his status as Jordan Pickford’s understudy for Qatar this winter.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jarrod Bowen, Fikayo Tomori and James Ward-Prowse have all been left out of the matchday squad.
