England vs Sweden: Women’s Euro 2022 semi-final prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h

England must overturn their poor record against Sweden to reach the Women’s Euro 2022 final tonight.

Not since 2009 have the Lionesses, still yet to win the competition, reached a Euros final with many seeing the hosts as favourites to lift the trophy this month.

A dramatic 2-1 comeback win over Spain secured England their spot in the final four whereas Sweden scored late in a narrow victory over knockout rookies Belgium as they seek a first title since 1984.

In fact, it was the Lionesses who they defeated in that year’s final, in a penalty shootout after it finished 1-1 over two legs, while Sweden also claimed victory in their last meeting in the 2019 World Cup third-place play-off.
