Sarina Wiegman's side battled through 90 tough minutes and then an intense period of extra time to defeat their opponents at a sold-out Wembley Stadium on Sunday night.

The hilarious moment left many England fans in stitches and endeared the two players to the England faithful.
While bitter German supporters tried to suggest the Lionesses were 'cheating' or using 'unsporting' tactics.
Although a lot of people pointed out that the English spying probably wouldn't have helped anyway considering it was most likely written in German.
There's been a lot of speculation on social media as to what exactly was written on that tiny pice of paper.
As you can imagine, a number of wannabe detectives have been trying to work out what tactics the Germans were trying to implement.
And a lot of people have come out with some hilarious responses - with one person suggesting the words "It's coming home" were written down.
Another person joked that there was a little diagram explaining where the player was and where the ball needed to go (the goal).
A third claimed they could 'reveal' what the German manager was trying to communicate with her players.
They posted an image of a note which read: "Wir sind kaputt," which translates into english as: "We are broken."
There was even one laugh out loud response from a Love Island viewer, who claimed the note was similar to one used on the ITV2 dating show.
During on moment in the current series, Islander Tasha set up some clues for Andrew to follow before asking him to be her boyfriend.
So one person claimed the German note had a similar theme and read: "Go to where we had our first romantic kiss."
Despite the note, the Lionesses managed to hold out and win the game during some tense final moments.
The ecstatic players celebrated in the dressing room but interrupted their manager by storming the press conference and belting out a joyful chorus of Three Lions.
Toone, who had tried to spy on the German note, took to her Instagram stories with a video of her singing and flashing her winner's medal.
