The England Nations League squad is out for the Three Lions' November fixtures against the Republic of Ireland and Greece, in what is Lee Carsley's final selection before Thomas Tuchel takes over.
And the interim manager has continued to put his faith in young stars for his last England squad, with Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Lewis Hall both called up to potentially make their debuts for the senior side. That's following Carsley handing Angel Gomes, Noni Madueke and Morgan Gibbs-White their first caps, in a bid to give Tuchel something more to think about.
England will need to be on top form in the November games if they're to finish top of their Nations League group, too, having lost to Greece at Wembley in October. They travel to Athens to take on the table toppers on Thursday 14 November, before hosting the Republic of Ireland back at Wembley on Sunday 17 November. Only six points will do.
Plenty of high-profile stars have withdrawn from the latest England Nations League squad following the weekend's fixtures, however, with eight players all staying at home. Carsley is therefore without Aaron Ramsdale, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Levi Colwill, Cole Palmer, Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Jack Grealish and Phil Foden, with the octet not fit enough to play Greece and the Republic of Ireland.
That has seen Carsley add five new players to his side, with Morgan Rogers, Jarrod Bowen, Jarrad Branthwaite, Tino Livramento and James Trafford all stepping up. It's a first call up to the senior team for Rogers, though Livramento and Trafford also haven't played a game for the Three Lions yet, either.

England manager: Lee Carsley
Lee Carsley's career was solid, with nearly 200 Premier League appearances for the likes of Everton, Birmingham, Derby and Blackburn. His management career is now set for a huge spotlight, however, as he takes temporary charge of his nation.
As the manager behind England's European Under-21 Championship win last summer, Carsley had his Lion cubs playing exquisite football based on fluidity, diligence off the ball and intelligence to know where your team-mates are. The objective is clear: ease in some future stars and re-ignite an excitement for the national team that some fans felt had gone stale under Southgate.
He will return back to the U21s from the start of 2025, with Thomas Tuchel replacing him as the permanent England manager.
England's star player
Jude Bellingham
Jude Bellingham finished his first season as a Real Madrid player by winning the Champions League in his home country against his former club. It would have capped off an incredible campaign to win the Euros – yet it wasn't to be.
Bellingham was injured for the first Nations League games of 2024 but returns this October and will inevitably be key to Carsley's future. With the attacking midfielder sharing the same pockets as Phil Foden for much of Euro 2024, England's next manager – whether that's Carsley, or whoever – will have to platform this world-class talent to get the best out of him.
Bellingham's return might actually see him operate from a deeper position - Cole Palmer has proved so devastating with Chelsea that, in order to facilitate his talents, Carsley starts the Real Madrid man in a more box-to-box role.
