Brave Natasha Kaplinsky got emotional as she spoke for the first time about the terrifying boat accident that left her eight-year-old daughter with lifelong scars .
The broadcaster was on holiday in Corfu with daughter Angelica, son Arlo, husband Justin Bower and her dad when the boat they were on exploded under their feet.
The entire family were knocked into the sea by the explosion and had to tread water - while nursing their severe burns - for 45 minutes until help arrived.
Opening up about the trauma she and Angelica have battled ever since, Natasha told the Loose Women panel that she couldn't stop thinking about her daughter's wedding day as they waited in the water to be saved.

"I'll try not to cry. We were on a boat with our parents and our children, and obviously something went wrong with the boat about 15 minutes after we got on it.
"There was a leak in the fuel pipe and the boat stuttered and stopped. My husband made a phone call and was advised to turn the key to see what happened with the pressure.
"It was like a James Bond moment and the whole boat just blew."

Natasha continued: "We've all had a lot of help since, we were very lucky, but myself, Angelica and my dad - who doesn't swim - we were all badly burnt at the time.
"We were then in the water for about 45 minutes before anybody found us, which was something of a blessing because the scars were much less.
"There's nothing worse than seeing your child injured, I just kept on looking at her and her face and her arm, just thinking of her wedding day and it was one of those moments where you think, I just can't bear it."
Natasha and Angelica have turned to a form of therapy called Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories.
"I just couldn't stop crying. There was so much to worry about. EMDR is used for extreme trauma and it helped. We've got to deal with it now while [it's still fresh]."
It was almost better that we were both injured in the same way, because if it was just her I couldn't bear that.
"We took all the mirrors off the wall and stayed at home for three months, and had a race to see who could grow back their eyelashes and eyebrows first."
Natasha and her family had to be airlifted out of the sea and rushed to hospital for treatment, with Angelica requiring special medical attention back in the UK to treat her burns.
