An emotional final day is underway at Nancy's Kitchen this afternoon.
The popular burger bar announced earlier this week that this would be their final weekend of trading.
We told you on Wednesday that the Montgomery Street eaterie cited spiraling costs as the reason for pulling down the shutters for good.
And bosses at the Irvine venue have re-introduced cheap pre-covid prices in a bid to go out with a bang.
A post from this morning reads: "Sad day with sad weather to suit.
"Come join us for our last day at Nancy’s Kitchen.
"We have made our final batch of burgers. Stocked in our last chips.
"Please remember to tip the girls on your final order as it’s their final day.
"We will post and update final stock as the day go goes on.
"It’s been busy so please be patient."
Specials on the final day include a £4 spicy chicken burger.
In a remarkable move, the venue has also added a new item to the menu on its final day - a king rib burger for £4.
