An emotional Joe Worrall hailed Nottingham Forest as they returned to the Premier League after a 23-year absence with victory over Huddersfield in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
The Reds secured a 1-0 victory under the arch courtesy of Levi Colwill's own goal just before half-time. Forest controlled possession for the first half but survived two VAR scares after Harry Toffolo and Lewis O'Brien took tumbles in the box.
But amid incredible scenes at Wembley as the Reds returned to the top flight since they were relegated in 1999, Worrall spoke to Sky Sports and gave his verdict on a wonderful afternoon.

"We’ve been really good," he said. "It’s not just this season. I’m not saying we’ve been good in other seasons, because we haven’t, we’ve been s*ite. A lot of people come and go but they’ve all played a part. It’s such an honour to captain Forest.”

The Reds centre-back also showered Reds head coach Steve Cooper with praise for the job he has done having taken over the club when they were bottom of the table at the start of the season.
And Worrall added: "He’s failed twice in the play-offs before and I'm absolutely made up for him. He calls me on my days off, it says Steve Cooper and I’m like, ‘What does he want?’ He’s just checking up on me and he does it with all the players. He’s a really genuine man and I’m made up for him. He kills us with kindness and the fans love him. I’m so, so happy. He deserves it because he’s been immense.”
