An A Place In The Sun buyer struggled to stand after viewing a knockout property.

Mark and Prriya were on the hunt for their holiday home with stunning sea views on the Greek island of Crete. Lee Juggurnauth was tasked with finding the pair the perfect place for £300,000 with wiggle room of an extra £30,000.

They requested a large family home with three bedrooms and a lot of living space to soak up the warm air and sea breeze.

As they toured the Greek island, the couple were swept away by everything Lee lined up. On several occasions, Mark complimented the properties as, "spellbinding, beautiful," and, "stunning," while Prriya was much more subtle In her appreciation.

They arrived at their final home but it was too much for Mark to handle who admitted he was becoming "weak at the knees" He said: "Okay, I finally really am speechless. I think that is a view to die for.

"And look at that pool. This is the goosebumps moment for me. I'm going a bit weak at the knees, I am actually going a bit weak at the knees."

Mark was forced to step away after he quickly became emotional. Lee joked about how good a job he'd done to lighten the mood, which kickstarted a wave of laughter from the buyers.

Coming together at the end of the programme, the couple placed an initial offer on the property at £270,000 but the owner rejected the sale.

After a counter-offer of £298,000, the pair tried once more to lower the price by £10,000 - which was accepted.
