Succession creator Jesse Armstrong had a dig at King Charles
Accepting the show's Emmy for best drama series, Succession creator Jesse Armstrong joked there was more voting involved in his show's win than for Prince Charles.
"Big week for successions... new king in the UK, this for us.... evidently more voting involved in our winning than Prince Charles," he said.
"I'm not saying we're more legitimate in our position than he is.
"We'll leave that to other people."
