Emmerdale viewers are convinced an iconic character is set to return to the show.
Monday's edition of the long-running soap explored Rishi Sharma's fears that there is an intruder in his home. The character, played by Bhasker Patel, has endured a difficult few months in the fictional village.
Rishi has been struggling since Manpreet ended their marriage to move in with the vicar, Charles Anderson. His feelings of loneliness have worsened since his daughter, Priya, left the Yorkshire Dales to start a new life.

Rishi was paranoid in tonight's episode that there was someone in his home, but Jai was convinced this is a biproduct of his feelings of loneliness. However, viewers are convinced something more sinister is on the horizon as they spotted the curtains twitch after Rishi exited the home.
Ray said: "Rishi looks back as he leaves the house and sees a curtain upstairs moving." Another user added: "Someone tweeked the curtain"
Fans have taken to Twitter and claimed the show's villainous Meena Jutla has escaped from prison and is hiding at Rishi's house.
Mitchell said: "Who else thinks Meena's escaped Prison and lurking in Rishi's house?"
Michelle commented: "Who is in Rishi’s house? Has Meena escaped from prison and holed up in there?"
Foxy posted: "It’s the ghost of Meena in Rishi's house how cool would that be."
