Emmerdale viewers are convinced Bernice is one step closer to finding out Nicky’s secret as she questioned his sexuality.
During tonight’s episode of the hit ITV soap Gabby was in full wedding mood as she planned her big day with fiancé Nicky.
Caleb has forced his son to get married to Gabby as part of his scheme to destroy Kim Tate. Viewers all know that Nicky doesn’t fancy Gabby and is really in love with a man called Ally.

At the Woolpack with Nicky, Gabby surprised Bernice as she asked her if she would walk her down the aisle. This latter decision was an easy one to make for Gabby as there was only one person she wanted to be by her side.
Bernice took the opportunity to mention her failed marriages, she told the pair: “It’s probably the last time I’ll get to walk down an aisle anyway,’ she sighed and mentioned her four failed marriages.
“It’s not my fault if 50% of my husbands turned out to be homosexual.” Nicky looked slightly uncomfortable as Bernice continued, “People need to be more honest before they say “I do’”.
Bernice asked Nicky whether he had any skeletons in his closet that Gabby should know about. Nicky responded with a bit of awkward laughter as Gabby insisted, “There are no skeletons and there is no closet.”
He may not be convincing enough for Bernice - when Nicky walked away she asked Gabby: “He’s got lovely skin, are you sure he’s not gay?”
Gabby had no doubts whatsoever. “My gaydar is fully functioning,” she said but viewers think Bernice knows something.
