Emmerdale viewers predict Nicky is working to 'blackmail' Gabby

Emmerdale viewers believe Nicky's behaviour is a part of a plan to blackmail Gabby.

His recent behaviour has been branded as suspicious by viewers who think he's been playing it too sweet with the village residents. After Gabby made a drunken move on him, he reassured her no one would find out and said that he was ultimately flattered by her actions.

Nicky's overly friendly behaviour in tonight's episode was again flagged by viewers with some suggesting he may have an ulterior motive for remaining on Gabby's good side.

Emmerdale fans believe Nicky may be working as a nanny for Gabby, but that really he's secretly working for Jamie Tate in order to help him obtain custody of his son, Thomas. Jamie faked his own death several years and has been trying to claw his way back to his children including his daughter, Millie.

Viewers believe Nicky is a key part of the plan as one said: "I wonder if Nicky is going to blackmail her - not a lot to blackmail someone over but I suppose it's how he'd say he'd tell Kim..."

Another added: "Something about the nanny I don't trust..." Replying to the comment, a third said: "Something to do with Jaime Tate, to get Thomas taken away from Gabby."

A final viewer added: "Either a spy for Jamie or Alex." Nicky remained friendly toward Gabby during tonight's show, even offering to babysit when not necessary, but his overly kind behaviour hasn't triggered any concerns from the mother as of yet.
