Emmerdale’s Chas and Paddy shared an unexpected kiss but viewers are convinced that their divorce will still go ahead.
Paddy and Chas’ marriage broke down last year after he discovered that his wife was having an affair with late businessman Al.
Since then, Paddy went through a tough time with his mental health. He decided to moved out of the Woolpack after beginning his recovery.

During tonight’s episode of the ITV hit soap Chas and Paddy's young daughter Eve was missing having her dad around at home.
Chas was getting stressed as she tried to juggle daily chores as a single mum. Paddy came over hoping to find some fishing equipment and was also offered his support.
Paddy suggested that they spend some time together after Chas explained how much Eve missed him. Paddy decided to cook the pair some food and took the opportunity to remind Chas that she didn't have to cope on her own, before playfully instructing her to help with the cooking.
Chas then let slip that Eve wasn't the only one who needed Paddy and before they knew it, they were kissing but their moment got interrupted when Eve shouted out for her dad.
Viewers are convinced that their divorce will still go ahead leaving Chas heartbroken. @griannedoherty3 Tweeted: “Really wouldn't read to much into it thankfully given he full on goes ahead with Divorce proceedings next week #Emmerdale.”

While @TwellyWatcher added: “Paddy and Chas kissing was unexpected but I hope he sees that it’s too soon because this is what caused his depression to begin with #Emmerdale I will only accept them being back together IF she treats him like a king and no more affairs.”
