Emmerdale viewers confused by Liv's hospital 'miracle'

Emmerdale fans were baffled to see Liv make a full recovery despite being told she was in a critical condition.

Liv was knocked unconscious last night after an angry Terry showed up to intimidate her. He told Liv she should be afraid of him if she doesn't retract her police statements regarding Sandra, leading to a fight.

As Liv tried to escape, he pushed her, hitting her head on a table and knocking her unconscious. Shortly after the attack, her brother Aaron found her and rushed her to the hospital where he was told she needed "intensive care."

Remaining in the hospital unconscious, her family were told the damage was so serious there was a high possibility she could fall into a coma. At the top of tonight's episode, Liv appeared to make a complete 180 and looked healthier than ever.

The Dingle clan were told she would make a full recovery despite being told last night her condition was serious. Emmerdale viewers noticed the swift change to Liv and mockingly called it a miracle.

One viewer said: "Yet another miraculous recovery by a patient close to death." Another added: "This must be the most miraculous recovery ever!"

A third viewer said: "Is Liv going home? Did she not only wake up?!" Alongside a string of laughing emojis, a final comment said: "not even a scratchy throat from Liv!"

Liv eventually made her way home with no further medical issues being discussed. She finally came face to face with Aaron to discuss their rocky relationship as he begged her to mend their troubled relationship.
