Emmerdale teen Amelia Spencer gave birth to her baby daughter on Thursday night, with Charity Dingle and Kerry Wyatt by her side – and now fans think they know what the baby will be named in a sweet tribute.
As her boyfriend Noah Dingle and her dad Dan Spencer remained outside, the baby's father Samson Dingle, who wants nothing to do with her or the child, remained AWOL.
Amelia had gone into labour after falling over during the storm, with her seeking safety in a barn.
Luckily, as her contractions continued, Samson's stepmother Lydia found her after villagers began searching for the missing teen.
Lydia managed to get Amelia to the hospital with Noah, Dan and the others soon making their way there to support her.
Amelia was terrified and feared her baby would be in danger as it was weeks before her due date.
Charity told her son Noah to wait outside as he wasn't being helpful, as she and Kerry comforted Amelia through her labour.
There was a moment of panic when Amelia gave birth, as her baby daughter wasn't crying or making any noise.
But, after being checked over by the medical team, the newborn began crying much to Amelia's relief.
As Amelia cradled her baby daughter, she introduced her to her dad Dan and revealed the love she already had for the little one.
The pair remembered Amelia's late mother Ali, who died off-screen in 2018, as Dan said she'd be proud of her daughter.
Now, viewers think they know what Amelia will name her baby – and it's the moniker of a recently killed off character.
Amelia is yet to find out her dad Dan's love interest Harriet Finch has died, after she was injured in the storm – while another character death followed later in the week.
Harriet was first to be killed off on Monday, and on Wednesday night viewers were in tears as Liv Flaherty died in tragic scenes.
Now, viewers think Amelia will pay tribute to Harriet by naming her baby after her, taking to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One fan said: "Bet Amelia finds out Harriet died and names the baby after her."
Another agreed: "Got a feeling she will name the baby Harriet," as a third wrote: "What we betting Amelia names the baby Harriet?"
Someone who wasn't there to witness the birth was the baby's biological father, Samson.
Samson was awful to Amelia after they slept together, and more so when he found out she was pregnant.
It caused drama between the Dingles and the Spencers, and Noah stepped up to be there for his girlfriend.
The character was last seen earlier this week, just as the deadly storm hit the village – with it now having claimed two lives.
But now the show could be hinting at another death, and the fourth in just two weeks, with Samson possibly missing.
His dad Sam Dingle was injured in the storm and became impaled on a spike attached to a tractor, but Thursday's episode confirmed he was going to survive.
Viewers soon saw something alarming though, as another scene showed Samson's smashed-up phone in a field with him nowhere to be seen.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
