Former Emmerdale star Oscar Lloyd is unrecognisable more than 10 years after playing Will Wylde.
The actor made his debut as little Will when he was 11 years old, and first appeared on the ITV soap in 2009.
Will was the son of Mark and Natasha Wylde, and managed to keep out of his family’s vengeful schemes, which ended with murder, and he left the village in 2011.
He was badly injured after being kicked by a horse, and struck up a sweet friendship with Belle Dingle, much to his family’s dismay, and the youngsters promised to keep in touch - as well as declaring their love for each other - when Will and sister Maisie left to stay with their auntie in Dartford.
Oscar managed to bag a nomination for ‘Best Young Actor/Actress’ at the 2009 British Soap Awards.
After leaving Emmerdale, Oscar went on to star in the CBBC show The 4 O'Clock Club as Ryan, until 2014.
He also appeared on Doctor Who as Toby Avery in the episode The Curse of the Black Spot in 2011, alongside Matt Smith as the Doctor, who investigates supernatural events onboard a 17th century ship.
Oscar also reprised his role for another episode, A Good Man Goes to War, with Hugh Bonneville playing his father Henry.
He starred in The Coroner, and played three different characters on the BBC One daytime show Doctors, with his last appearance in 2017.
Since then, Oscar, who is now 24, has performed in stage and theatre production, as well as commercial work.
His agent, Mark Jermin Management, tweeted out a photo of Oscar ahead of a new project, and eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the former child star.
“Wasn’t he in Emmerdale back in 2009/2010?” one wrote.
Oscar first shot to fame Oscar and Michael’s Phineas and Fern Fan Club Show on the Disney Channel, and starred in the BBC period drama Lark Rise to Candleford.
The door was left open for Will’s return to Emmerdale, and fans are hoping he and brother Nathan could make their way back to the village for another stint.
