A former teenage Emmerdale star looks virtually unrecognisable since leaving the soap.
Grace Cassidy, 28, joined Emmerdale at the age of 16 playing Hannah Barton. The acting star was in the Yorkshire show between 2009 and 2012.
As reported by our colleagues at the Daily Star, the character was the youngest child of John and Moira.

Fans of the show will remember Hannah had her fair share of tumultuous relationships as they watched the teen struggle in love with Andy Sugden, Alex Moss and Isaac Nuttall.
After leaving Emmerdale, Grace moved to London to continue her acting career.
In recent years, you may have spotted Grace in daytime drama Father Brown while she also had a part in the film The Lonely Italian. The well-received flick followed the journey of a young Italian man looking for love online in America.
As stated on her Twitter account, Grace has also started to work behind the camera in more recent years.
