Emmerdale's Noah Dingle will face court next week after mum Charity reported him to the police.
The teenager has been stalking his ex Chloe Harris, putting tracking software on her phone, using drones to take photos of her, bugging her bedroom with a microphone and even stealing her keys and creeping into her house to go through her stuff.
However, he was finally caught out after Chloe found a folder of covert snaps of her on her phone and completely distraught, she rushed home to tell Kerry and Amy what had happened.
Last week, Noah was left in a panic when Kerry pushed him into an open grave, terrified he'd meet his end, but he was saved by David Metcalfe despite his son Jacob being the one targeted over what had happened.
Whilst she didn't want to report Noah to the police, after much deliberation, his mum Charity decided to do the right thing and contacted the police about what he had done, handing in his laptop as evidence.
Next week, Noah prepares for his court hearing, as he chats with his solicitor about the process and how it all works. He will be asked how he pleads to the charges put against him, but he leaves Charity fuming when he says he doesn't want to plead guilty.
There is an exchange between Amy and Noah and rattled by what she says, the teenager admits to his mum he wants to do a runner. She had originally suggested, before she reported him to the police, that he should head to Ireland with Cain for a bit of time out of the village whilst all the heat surrounded what he did died down.
So this time, when he suggests the idea and she's not keen, a fuming Noah leaves the house, feeling frustrated as he plots his next move. He is found by Sarah, who tries to convince him that heading to court is the better thing to do.
Convinced by Sarah, Noah decides to attend court the next day - but he isn't sure whether to plead guilty or not guilty. It leaves his mum Charity anxious as she plots their next move.
Later in court, Noah stands in front of the judge as he's asked what he pleads.
But will it be guilty - or not guilty?
