Things are set to go from bad to worse for Emmerdale 's Leyla Cavanagh next week as he drug habit spirals out of control.
A few weeks ago it was revealed that Leyla (Roxy Shahidi) was using cocaine with newcomer Suzy Merton, as he big secret came to light.
And now, ITV spoilers have confirmed that Leyla will go to desperate lengths to keep using the class A drug.
Next week, Leyla ends up snapping at Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) when she learns that she's upset some of their important clients - but it just so happens she's also out of cocaine.
Leyla ends up leaving Priya to deal with a journalist who has come to interview her for a bridal magazine, and heads off to try and rectify Priya’s mistake.
In a moment of serious desperation, Leyla searches Suzy’s bag for cocaine, only to be caught red-handed by Suzy (Martelle Edinborough) herself.
Leyla squirms as she struggles to explain why she was looking through her bag.
Suzy reprimands Leyla for taking cocaine but it seems there is no getting through to her.
Meanwhile, Priya’s thrown when the journalist she's with insists on taking photos for their article.
Conscious of the scars on her back, Priya panics and when Leyla realises the journalist has left, she lashes out at an embarrassed Priya.
Priya is left shocked and devastated by Leyla's outburst, but she clearly has no idea about her spiralling drug habit.
Although furious with how she has treated his sister, Jai’s sympathetic to Leyla when she apologises for her behaviour.
Jai opens up to Leyla about his own addiction and his words resonate with her.
Jai admits to her that he still has his old dealer’s number on a piece of paper and Leyla demands that he burns it as an act of catharsis.
But is all as it seems or does Leyla have an ulterior motive as she's desperate to get her hands on some more drugs?
