Emmerdale will air some huge news for Kyle Winchester next week as the solicitor calls.
The family have been struggling since it was revealed that Kyle was the one who murdered Al, with the young boy deciding he should confess to free his father Cain from prison. Cain had admitted to killing Al Chapman to save Kyle from a lifetime in prison.
There has also been some tough decisions made by all the family as, as part of Kyle's bail conditions, he is not allowed to speak to his father. Whilst Cain has been hoping Kyle's mum Amy would bend the rules, she has been firm with the conditions.
Things have been getting even worse as Amy is keen to get full custody of her son. Next week, Matty is struggling with Amy's decision and is wondering whether it would be the best thing for Kyle going forward.
Struggling with his impending hearing, Amy tries to stay strong to help her son whilst Cain finds his way into the house in a attempt to support his son. Initially, Amy is fuming but soon Caleb steps in and persuades her they both need one another.
Later, everyone is left on tenterhooks as they receive a call from the solicitor.
Amy proposes to Matty, with Moira delighted at the news. However, she can't help but notice Matty's apparent reservations and he confesses to Moira that he thinks it could be part of Amy's plan to get full custody of Kyle.
Fuming, Moira tries to calm down Cain as he bangs on Amy's door, understandably unimpressed about her bid for full custody.
It comes after actress Natalie J Robb - who plays Moira - explained the tough emotions Kyle was going through, as he struggled through after the killing. He was wetting the bed as he tried to cope with the trauma of what happened in the barn.
"He is struggling isn’t he? He’s wetting the bed and he finds it quite traumatic that he’s having to keep this big secret and of course his dad’s in prison. He just wants to tell the truth and we’ve always raised him to do that and then he’s kind of going against his own judgement. He can’t deal with what he’s done," Natalie shared of the storyline.
