Emmerdale's Zoe Henry has provided an insight into how her character's wedding dress was selected.
The soap star is renowned for her portrayal of Rhona Ghoskirk in the ITV show. Rhona has been through a turbulent period in the soap over recent months since her fiancé, Marlon Dingle, suffered a stroke.
The two will enjoy an upturn in fortune next week as they finally tie the knot. Teaser images reveal Rhona will dazzle the crowd at the ceremony in an elegant dress.

Zoe revealed she thought the dress should be understated since it is not the first time her onscreen counterpart has been married. She told the ECHO: "Initially they wanted to go with a colour, which I quite liked the idea of because this is Rhona's fourth wedding. I mean, who is she trying to kid?
"The idea of going with white is because it sells the idea of it being a wedding."
Zoe lauded the team behind the scenes who she said deserve all the credit for constructing the look. She added: "Our assistant costume designer sent me some pics and I thought that one looked good and would suit my shape.
"I'm a lady of a certain age and I don't want to look like I'm trying too hard. So she came up with the concept and got it made." The emotional wedding episode will air next Thursday and Zoe revealed it was the biggest gathering of cast-members the show has filmed for two years.
The 48-year-old added: "We've not seen our fellow colleagues for so long and everybody looked gorgeous." Zoe also explained why the marriage to Marlon is different for Rhona than her previous husbands.
She said: "They've got a child together which, regardless of whether they like each other or not, has tied them together for the last 11 years and will do forever more because Leo has Down's syndrome."
However, despite the characters' strong bond, Zoe is not too optimistic her character is about to enjoy a settled period of married life in the fictional Yorkshire village. She said: "It is soap but I'll give it a year. There's no drama in happiness. People do like to see it and it's important we show it, but who knows?"
