Emmerdale spoilers have teased the new owners of the village B&B. It comes after Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) confirmed his decision to leave the business after running it for years.
Initially Eric announced his plan was to retire with his partner, Brenda, when he told Bernice Blackstock there was a position going for a new manager. However, in recent scenes Eric decided to sell up completely in order to help his son David Metcalfe with his money issues after he offered to buy his shop for him.
The turn around of events means the B&B is set to get new owners and recent Emmerdale spoilers have hinted at two characters that could potentially take over from Eric.

A teaser reveals that Mandy Dingle will suggest to Bob Hope and Bernice that they buy the business together, after they both showed an interest in a new work venture. Bernice was previously hoping to go for the manager's job but with the B&B now up for sale, she is hopeful that with the help of Bob, she could co-own the business instead.
In upcoming scenes Bob and Bernice will make a pact to join forces. Will Eric accept their offer or will something get in the way?
It comes after soap producer Jane Hudson teased the shake-up in December last year. Speaking about what was to come in 2023, she revealed: "We're going to have some new owners at the B&B, I'm not going to tell you who new owners are but let's just say it's very boutique, and the décor is very glamorous.
"It's got an absolute touch of class and it's just on the right side of not being cheesy. It's going to be two owners who are not a couple."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
