Emmerdale's Moira actress Natalie J Robb fractured her toe filming Nate sex scene

Emmerdale actress Natalie J Robb has confessed she fractured her little toe while filming for the ITV soap recently, during a steamy romp.

Moira Dingle and Nate Robinson's affair has finally been exposed, with Moira's husband Cain Dingle on the warpath.

But while the secret couple have been getting it on in super steamy scenes, one moment in particular left the actress with a slight injury.

Speaking on Lorraine on Tuesday morning ahead of the big stunt scenes, Natalie confessed she fractured her little toe as she and co-star Jurell Carter filmed one of their many sex scenes in a tiny caravan.

Jurell himself admitted struggling with filming in the motor home, with him being over six feet in height.

Natalie told host Christine Lampard: "I actually fractured my little pinky toe, in the caravan doing a love scene.

"It was all the somersaults. I soldiered on, yeah."

Christine laughed off the story, while Natalie's co-star shared his own sturggle.

He said: "The caravan is so small as well, cos I'm literally 6ft3. The caravan's tiny, we've had to do loads of intimate scenes in there."

Explosive scenes this week will show Cain taking revenge on Moira and Nate over the fling, with a deadly showdown on the cards.

Moira will become trapped underwater, while Cain and Nate battle it out on a boat that catches fire.

It's not revealed if anyone dies, but it has been hinted viewers will finally learn of Nate's true identity amid his vendetta against Cain.

Fans are convinced he's a secret Dingle, or might be someone linked to Cain or even mum Faith's past.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with extra episodes on Thursdays.
