Emmerdale's Mike Parr has wowed fans as he showed off his ripped transformation.
The actor is renowned for his role as Ross Barton and joined the cast of the long-running soap in 2013. Mike hails from St Helens and his character was last seen in the fictional village in 2018 before he departed the Yorkshire Dales to go to Liverpool.
Away from the world of showbiz, Mike has built up a large fanbase on Instagram as he keeps his 248k followers posted with exciting updates from his life. He celebrated his 36th birthday yesterday and shared a candid post to reveal he had been in pain over the past year after he suffered an injury.

He said: "From hurting back in November the day before I was supposed to move house and 2 days before I was set to fly to Morocco for a job. You can see in the 2nd pic that I was in pretty bad shape. My hips were all off line. Ciatic nerve was trapped and I damaged my C2&C3. I thought it was gonna hurt forever. "
However, Mike revealed he was on the road to recovery and shared another snap of his now ripped physique. He said he achieved his fitness goals after quitting the gym.
He said: "I quit the gym and now have just been working out with dumbbells at home and I feel better and stronger than ever. Good diet. Fasting. Cold showers and just everything in moderation."
