It is hard to believe but Mark Charnock, 53, has spent the last 25 years playing Marlon Dingle in Emmerdale.

To celebrate the milestone, many of his co-stars got together to hold a little celebration to mark the milestone - and there may have been a few sore heads the next day.

Or at least Mark's was. He tweeted: “Head hurts, throat sore from laughing. So thanks for that! Loved every minute. Xxx”
