Emmerdale fans were given more information on Mackenzie Boyd's affair after he confessed cheating on Charity Dingle to a mate.
During tonight's episode, a guilt-ridden Mack told Nate Robinson of his infidelity and said he did "the classic cliché" of getting drunk and sleeping with someone else after a heated argument with Charity. Charity and Mack are both struggling with the heartbreaking loss of their baby but while Charity initially said she did not want to have another child, Mack found this hard to accept.
In recent episodes, viewers were drip-fed more and more information about the person Mack could have cheated with, including his admission tonight that it was someone local. Nate urged Mack to come clean as he was convinced it would come out one way or another but Mack said this person had "way more to lose [than me]".

He told Nate: "They made me a promise and I believe them. And trust me, they will have way more to lose if this ever got out."
Emmerdale viewers have been trying their hardest to work out who this "mystery woman" could be, with some now saying it doesn't necessarily have to be a woman after picking up on the pronouns Mack used while talking to Nate. Others are convinced it is Chloe Harris, who made a brief appearance during last week's episode, and predicted she will end up pregnant in another cruel twist.
Meanwhile, Nicola King is blackmailing both Manpreet Sharma and vicar Charles Anderson after Charles' daughter Naomi revealed she was involved in the brutal attack that left Nicola bloodied and unconscious.
Nicola has threatened to call the bishop on vicar Anderson and the General Medical Council on Manpreet if Naomi doesn't tell the police who the girls are who attacked her. Many fans praised Nicola for standing up for herself and trying to get justice.
Helz tweeted: "Good on ya Nicola."
Sasha commented: "Absolutely don't blame Nicola, why is everyone protecting Naomi?"
Matey Hopkins wrote: "Hopefully Nicola takes the whole family down. Naomi aside, they are dull as dishwater."
Yvonne said: "Go on Nicola stand up for yourself and all other victims of their crimes."
But not everyone agreed. Riley Collins said: "This is blackmail on a stupid level - I get Nicola’s been through a lot but she can’t just stand in front of a jumble sale with poorly made signs and awkward Bible recitals and threaten the careers of Charles and Manny."
And Holly wrote: "Okay, I understand Nicola is hurting but trying to end Charles’ and Manpreet’s careers is just WAY too far."
