Emmerdale's Lucy Pargeter is missing Danny Miller "massively" since he quit the ITV soap.
The actor - who played Aaron Dingle for several years - exited the programme ahead of his stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here and Lucy, who plays Chas on the show, admits she has been missing her co-star a lot lately.
Danny went on to win I'm A Celeb and whilst he won't be returning to the village anytime soon, his on-screen mother Lucy confessed she is still in contact with him and they hope to meet up soon so she can see his son Albert.
Sharing who she's closest to on the show, she told OK!: "It’s hard not to include people. Everybody in our cast has a role within our life off screen as well as on. You become really, really close with everybody.
"Charley Webb, who used to play Debbie Dingle, Emma Atkins, who plays Charity Dingle, Jeff Hordley, who plays my brother Cain Dingle and his real wife Zoe Henry, who plays Rhona Ghoskirk. Plus, Roxy Shahidi, who plays Leyla Harding, and Charlotte Bellamy, who plays Laurel Thomas. And then there’s Dominic Brunt, who plays Paddy Kirk, and Danny Miller, who played Aaron Dingle."
Asked if she's missing her co-star, she added: "I am. Every time I walk into work, I'm expecting him to phone me and go, 'I’m stuck on the M62, it’s absolutely rammed, can you tell them I’m going to be 10 minutes late?'
"Or walking past his dressing room and seeing him. I’m missing him massively, but we’re on the phone all the time and I spoke to him just the other day about getting to see him, his partner Steph and their son Albert.
Danny quit Emmerdale last year, shocking fans, and he admitted he was "very emotional" to be leaving.
"I'd like to think that I'm very, very far away from Aaron and that's part of the reason why I wanted to do this show. I've actually left Emmerdale, unfortunately, and I've decided to start a new path in life," he said.
"I'm very emotional about it, actually. It's been a massive part of my life and it's taught me lots of things. I've been wanting to spread my wings for a while and a show like this gives me the opportunity to see what else happens after it and kind of start a new life with my family and see what happens."
