Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has shared a sweet message to her rarely seen partner the day after Valentine's Day.
The actress, best known for playing Mandy Dingle on the ITV soap, said it "feels so much better" to express her love after February 14 and to not conform to social norms. The 46-year-old and American musician Al first met in 2014 through mutual friends and got engaged four years later.
Not much is known about Al, who the actress has kept out of the limelight ever since they started dating. However, Lisa occasionally shares love-up snaps on her social media profiles to show her appreciation for her partner.

This week, she decided to pay a loving tribute on social media. Sharing a picture on Instagram, Lisa wrote: "Love you Bubs, it feels so much better to say it today rather than yesterday…..where everyone was FORCED into saying it.
"It has more sincerity it seems by sharing it today…….it’s a lot more less conformist. HAPPY 15th Feb 'National I Don’t Want To Be. A Sheep Day'."
She added: "However you celebrate, do it your own way. HAPPY TODAY."
Last year, Lisa revealed the heartbreaking reason why she won't be marrying Al. Both tragically lost their mothers and their deaths are one of the reasons why the pair won't tie the knot.
