Emmerdale fans spotted a "problem" as Leyla Cavanagh was criticised for her drugs addiction.
Monday's edition of the ITV soap continued to explore the character's reliance on drugs. Leyla concerned her husband Liam at the start of the episode when she was jittery at breakfast.
The character, played by Roxy Shahidi, was nervous ahead of an interview with a journalist, which prompted her to take cocaine. However, she was forced to cut the interview short after she is unwell.

Suzy Merton was annoyed at Leyla after the incident and blasted her for buying drugs from an unknown dealer. Suzy previously helped supply Leyla with drugs but is now trying to go clean.
However, fans were distracted as Suzy angrily told Leyla she needs to get her life back on track. Viewers following the show on Twitter criticised Suzy for not acknowledging the role she played in Leyla's spiralling addiction issues..
