Emmerdale's Gabby makes alarming discovery about Nicky next week before past exposed

Emmerdale 's Nicky Miligan could be about to expose his own lies next week on the ITV soap, as Gabby Thomas makes a discovery.

The 'nice guy' act is finally slipping after viewers learned he was the secret son of Caleb Miligan, and the pair had teamed up against Kim Tate.

Caleb is the son of Kim's ex-husband Frank Tate, and Caleb wants what he believes he is owed - planning to steal everything she has including Home Farm.

Home Farm nanny Nicky is pretending to be in love with Gabby, the mother of Kim's grandson Thomas, in a bid to get his hands on the baby's inheritance.

But next week, Gabby will make a discovery about her partner that could leave her very suspicious indeed.

When Nicky attempts to steal a car from Cain Dingle's garage, he ends up getting attacked by Cain who is unaware Nicky is his nephew.

Nicky then clashes with his dad Caleb in the village, before rushing off with Gabby.

But how is 'nice guy' Nicky going to explain his injuries? That's the least of his worries when it emerges there was a witness to the row with Cain.

As Gabby and Nicky enter the pub, Naomi exposes Nicky's antics to Gabby and Kim's partner Will Taylor.

She reveals that Nicky had a fight with Cain, leaving Gabby no doubt confused and wanting answers.

How is Nicky going to explain what happened with Cain in the village, and will he be forced to confess he tried to steal one of his cars?

It comes after soap boss Jane Hudson told The Mirror that someone from Nicky's past will arrive in the village soon, and they could expose his lies.

She spilled: "There is something else we are going to learn and there is going to be someone from Nicky's past who turns up as well and we will be left wondering what this means for Gabby. We know they are planning a wedding so is that going to go off?"

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
