Emmerdale star Fiona Wade looked worlds apart from her on-screen character, Priya Sharma, as she enjoyed a holiday in the sunshine.
The star is currently soaking up the sun in Majorca. Fiona plays Priya in the Dales, after taking over from Effie Woods in 2011.
Her character has battled an eating disorder over the years, with Fiona previously saying how important it is for soaps to explore difficult subjects. While her on-screen performances see her playing a 35-year-old, Fiona is actually 43.

On Thursday, the actress uploaded a series of snaps from her Spanish holiday. One photo shows a fresh-faced Fiona looking into the distance, and another shows off her toned physique, with the star pictured wearing a bikini top and denim shorts.
Captioning the post on Instagram, she said: "Feels so amazing to be back in our favourite place after so long.. #Deia #majorca"
Fiona wears her hair up in a casual style, and she carries a straw beach bag. Her fellow Emmerdale castmates have rushed to compliment her photos in the comments section.
